S.O. 1431(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3276(E) dated
29.10.2013, had accorded approval to M/s. Nabros Transport (Pvt.) Ltd., Baroda for side by side coupling of hydraulic
axles for transportation of Veeragallu Carved Stone from a quarry site at Koira village, Near Devanhalli, Bangalore to
