New Delhi, the 20th February, 2018
S.O. 747(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3
(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the
registration in Tamil Nadu of following Bronto Sky Lift for Fire & Rescue Operation having axle loads, gross
vehicle weight (GVW) and dimensions as mentioned in the schedule appended hereto:

2. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that.-
(i) The vehicle shall display permanently a placard indicating “NOT FOR PLYING ON
ROAD”.
(ii) The other descriptions/specification of the vehicle shall have as per the Central Motor
Vehicles Rules, 1989.
(iii) Approval is granted to M/s DLF Assets Private Limited to register the subject motor vehicle
mentioned above schedule, once the vehicle is registered owner ship is not transferable without the
prior permission of this Ministry.
(iv) Registered owner of the subject vehicle shall ensure that vehicle is used only for the purpose
envisaged in the subject notification.
(v) Subject motor vehicle shall be operated in a manner that it does not pose any challenge to
roads and road users. Any issue arising during the operation of subject motor vehicle shall be the
responsibility of the vehicle owner.
3. The vehicle shall be registered in the State of Tamil Nadu only subject to fulfillment of
conditions laid down under Rules 47 of the central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and production of
sale documents (invoice, proof of payment of all taxes).
