S.O. 4263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3972(E) dated
1st November, 2019 has accorded approval to M/s Boxco Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai for transportation of one

total 32 axle rows in common parlance). Will be coupled in 1+1 axle width (12 tyres per axle row)” may be read as “16
axle rows having 1+1 axles line in each row with Girder Bridge (equivalent to total 32 axle rows in common parlance).
