S.O. 1044(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-
Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette
notification No. S.O. 793(E), dated 10.03.2017 had allowed relaxation to M/s NTC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd.,
Chennai for side by side coupling of hydraulic axles for transportation of one Stator from M/s L&T Hazira to
Shree Singhaji Thermal Power Plant (SSTPP), Khandwa by road. In the above Notification, the table of para-3
