New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2018
S.O. 5369(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3478(E) dated
17.11.2016, has accorded approval to M/s Lee & Muirhead Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai for transportation of Over Dimensioned
Consignment/Over Weight Consignment viz., three Generator Stators individually from M/s Toshiba JSW Power System
Pvt. Ltd., Chennai to NTPC, - 2 x 800 MW Super Thermal Power Project, Darlipalli, Odisha by road as per conditions
specified in the schedule appended to the said notification. The validity of the period for transportation, as stipulated in
the schedule of the above mentioned notification, is hereby extended to March 2019.
