New Delhi, the 20th September, 2016
S.O. 3004(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the National Trust for
Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999)
read with sub-rule (5) of rule 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental
Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment number
S.O. 881(E) dated the 22nd September, 2000 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
sub-section (ii) dated the 25th September, 2000, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 8 to 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely: -
“8. Shri Ajeetsingh Mahavirsingh Shekhawat, Member
Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Appointed by nomination to represent persons with
disability – Cerebral Palsy)
9. Dr. Sutapa Sarma, Member
