Each member's term of office will be two years or until they no longer hold their respective parliamentary seats, whichever occurs first. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th August, 2019
S.O. 2956(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Agricultural
and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the
Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India
in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 486(E), dated the 12th August, 1986, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 4, 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
“4. Shri Parvatagouda Chandanagouda Gaddigoudar, Member
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha (He shall hold office for a period of
two years or till he holds office of
Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is
earlier);
5. Shri Raja Amareshwara Naik, Member
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha (He shall hold office for a period of
two years or till he holds office of
Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is
earlier);
6. Shri Vijay Pal Singh Tomar, Member
