New Delhi, the 22nd April, 2020
S.O.1326(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7A) of Section 2 of the Railway
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O. 1890(E), dated the
29th July, 2008, in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) published on dated the 31st July,
2008, namely:-
In the said notification, In Serial Number (6), the words “Competent Authority- Sub Divisional
Officer (Upkhand Adhikari), Behrod, District- Alwar” shall be substituted by the words and brackets as
“Competent Authority- Sub Divisional Officer (Upkhand Adhikari), Nimrana, Rajasthan, District-
Alwar”.
