Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), and in supersession of the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 556(E), dated the 8th February, 2018, the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri Tushar Mehta, Senior Advocate and Additional Solicitor General of India as Special Public Prosecutor for
conducting appeals, revisions or other proceedings before the High Court(s) and the Supreme Court arising out of all or any
