Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956),(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
number S.O. 1136 (E), dated the 11th March, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th March 2016, namely:-
