Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hearby makes the following amendment in the notification to the
Govrnment of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.2567(E), dated 18th September, 2015,
published in Gazette of India, extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), of dated 18th September, 2015, namely :-
In the preamble of the said notification:-
For the words, “Deputy Land Acquisition Officer” words “Deputy Collector, Valsad (Prant)" shall be substituted.
