S.O. 1389(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 29 of the Prohibition
of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (25 of 2013), the Central Government hereby
makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice
and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part –II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.89(E), dated the 13th January, 2014, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph G, for item numbers (i) to (v) and the entries relating thereto, the following
item numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(i) Shri Bhagwat Prasad Makwana,
(ii) Smt. Anjana Panwar,
(iii) Shri Ram Singh Balmiki,
(iv) Shri Raj Kumar Pathi,
(v) Shri Hansraj Narwale,
(vi) Kumari Mamta Dhika”.
