ORDER
New Delhi, the 5th September, 2018
S.O. 4290(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government have constituted the
Tamil Nadu Coastal Zone Management Authority vide number S.O. 3303(E), dated 06.07.2018.

And whereas, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) and clause (v) of sub-section (2) of 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 read with clause (d) of
sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the said notification, namely:—
In the said notification, in column 3 of the table at S. No. 11, the status of the corresponding Expert Member
shall be now read as ‘Member’ in lieu of ‘Member Secretary’.
