New Delhi, the 26th December, 2018
S.O. 6314(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the
Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 489(E), dated the
30th April, 2003, namely:-
In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words “for a period of fifteen years and eight months” the words "for a period of
seventeen years and eight months” shall be substituted.
