S.O. 3539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the
Technology Development Board Act, 1995 (44 of 1995), read with rule 3 of the Technology Development
Board Rules, 1996, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members on the
Technology Development Board, for a period of three years with effect from the date of approval by
