S.O. 1422(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 20 of
the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003), and with the approval of the Central
Government, the Highway Administration hereby appoints the gazette officer mentioned in column (2) of the
Table below, to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on it under sections 24, 25, 26, 27 and
43 of the said Act, within the limits of the highway as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the
said Table, namely:-
