of crude oil, an item specified in the Schedule to the said Act, shall be at the rate of 20 percent (cid:97)(cid:100)(cid:45)(cid:118)(cid:97)(cid:111)(cid:108)(cid:101)(cid:109)(cid:114) .
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st of March, 2016.

(Development) Act, 1974 (47 of 1974), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public
interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
number S.O 868(E) dated the 19th April, 2012, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such
rescission , with effect from the 1st of March,2016.
