In the said notification, in Schedule II relating to the ‘List of Industries in respect of which Industrial Licensing is compulsory’ in serial number 3, ITC(HS) Codes 22.03, 22.04, 22.05, 22.06 and 22.08 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 3.
