सा.का.जन. 781(अ).—अजखल भारतीय सेिाएं अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-
धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केन्द र सरकार, मजणपरु सरकार के परामिि से भारतीय पुजलस सेिा
(िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016 म ेंआग ेऔर संिोधन करने के जलए एतिद्व् ारा जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाती ै, अथाित:्-
1. (i) इन जनयमों को भारतीय पुजलस सेिा (िेतन) चतुथ िसंिोधन जनयमािली, 2018 कैा िाएगा।
(ii) य ेजनयम सरकारी रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत् त ैोंगे।
2. भारतीय पुजलस सेिा (िेतन) जनयमािली, 2016 की अनुसूची-II म,ें-
सूची में भाग-क म ें राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय पुजलस सेिा में िररष्ठ िेतनमान स े ऊपर िते न िाल े पिों के
संबंध म,ें सारणी में प्रथम कॉलम में आने िाली ‘मजणपुर’ प्रजिजि तथा िसू रे कॉलम में संबंजधत प्रजिजि के जलए जनम्न जलजखत

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2020
G.S.R. 781(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All
India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of
Manipur hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016,
namely: ─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Police Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
in Part A relating to posts carrying pay above the senior scale of pay of the Indian Police Service
under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Manipur” occurring in the first column and
corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:–
