NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th May, 2016
S.O. 1912(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Control of
National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003) and in supersession of the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Number S.O.1453(E) dated 2nd June,
2015 the Central Government hereby establishes the National Highways Administration mentioned in column
(2) of the table given hereunder in respect of the limits of the National Highways as specified in the
corresponding column (3) of the said table, on which the respective Highways Administration shall have
jurisdiction to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on them under the provisions of the
said Act.
