S.O. 2684(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas published vide S.O. No. 910(E), dated 15 th March, 2017 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India
dated 21st March, 2017 as under namely,
In the said notification, in Hindi, At page No. 2 Sl. No. 2 column No. 2 name of village “Tajpur (Oran)” Shall be
deleted and it should be read as “Taajpur (Oran)”.
