CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 15th September, 2017
S.O. 3078(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3(a) of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 97(E) dated
1st Feb, 2007 and S.O. 280(E) dated 8th Feb, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 1st Feb, 2007 and 8th Feb, 2010, namely :—
In the english version of the said notifications,
(i) At Sr. No. 1, In the Column 2, for the words and letters “Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Jorhat
District”, words and letters, “Addl. Deputy Commissioner (Land Acquisition), Jorhat District” shall be
substituted.
