NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st October, 2020
G.S.R. 670(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 50 read with section 25 of
the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007), the central government hereby makes the
following rules, further to amend the Warehousing (Development and Regulatory) Authority, appointment of
Chairperson and other members Rules, 2013 namely:-
1.(1) These rules may be called the Warehousing (Development and Regulatory) Authority, appointment of
Chairperson and other members Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) In the Warehousing (Development and Regulatory) Authority, Appointment of Chairperson and other
members Rules, 2013, in rule 5, in sub-rule (1), for the words “agriculture, banking”, the words “agriculture
banking” shall be substituted.
