NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16 December, 2019
S.O. 4597(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (g) of
sub-section (3) of section (3) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government
hereby nominates Shri Shiv Das Meena, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs,
Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect.
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art
Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Shri Shiv Das Meena, Additional
Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban Arts
Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The tenure of Shri Shiv Das Meena, DUAC shall be
co-terminus with the other Members of the Commission.
3. This is in suppression of earlier Gazette Notification S.O. No. 6211(E) dated 12.12.2018
published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 12.12.2018.
