S.O. 1231(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Motor Vehicles
(Amendment) Act, 2019 (32 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2021 as the date
on which the provisions of section 39 and section 40 of the said Act shall come into force.
