New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2015
S.O. 3266(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3276(E) dated
29.10.2013, had accorded approval to M/s Nabros Transport (Pvt.) Ltd., Baroda for side by side coupling of hydraulic
axles for transportation of Veeragallu Carved Stone from a quarry site at Koira village, Near Devanhalli, Bangalore to
National Military Memorial, High Ground, Bangalore with maximum safe laden weight/Gross Vehicles Weight and
dimensions. In para 5 (xiv) of the above Notification, for the words, "valid for a maximum period of six months from the
date of publishing in the Gazette", the words, "valid upto 31st January, 2016" shall be substituted.
