Short title, commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Footwear made from Leather and other materials (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2020. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Footwear made from Leather and other materials (Quality Control) Order, 2020, in Paragraph 1, for Sub-Paragraph (2), the following Sub-Paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) It shall come into force with effect from 1st July, 2021”.
