S.O. 2785(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Persons with
Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996), the Central
Government hereby appoints the following members in the Central Co-ordination Committee and for that purpose makes
the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and
Empowerment number S.O. 796(E), dated the 9th September, 1998, namely:-
In the said notification, under the heading “Elected under Clause (h) of sub-section (2) of Section 3”, for serial
numbers 18, 19 and 20 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted,
namely:-
