The antidumping duty on PTFE from Russia is $874.56 per metric ton (MT) in US Dollars, regardless of the producer or exporter. This applies to PTFE originating in Russia but exported from any country and to PTFE exported from Russia to any country other than the Peoples Republic of China.
The notification is issued under the authority of subsections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.
