NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2017
S.O. 3992(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (A) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O. No. 2809(E)
dated 29th August 2017 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
dated 29th August 2017, namely.
In the schedule to the said Notification :
(a) Against Sl. no. 1, Plot No. 134/P, Nature of the Land, ‘Private’ may be read as ‘Government of
Sikkim’.
(b) Against Sl. no. 15, Plot No. 95/P, Nature of the Land, ‘Government of Sikkim’ may be read as
