करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाते ां, अथामत्:- 1. सजं षण प्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन जनयम का संजषण प्त नाम- पिुपालन और डेयरी जिभाग, पिुजचदकत्‍ सा पद भती जनयम, 2020 ा।ै (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख कग प्रिृत्‍ त ा गे। 2. पद की सख्ं य ा, उसका िगीकरण और िते न मरै रक्स म ें स्ट्त र.—पद की संख्य ा, उसका िगीकरण और िेतन मैररक् स के स्ट् तर िे ा गे जग इन जनयम से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्त ंभ (2) से स्ट्त ंभ (4) में जिजनर्ददष्‍ट ट ा।ं 3. भती की पद्धजत, आय ुसीमा और अन्य अातम ाएं आदद.—भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अातम ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन् य बातें ि े ा गी जग उक् त अनुसूची के स्ट्त ंभ (5) से (13) में जिजनर्ददष्‍ट ट ा।ं 4. प्रजतजनयजु तिय (जजसम ेंअल्प काजलक सजं िदा सजम्मजलत ा)ै (1) इन जनयम में अंतर्विष्ट ागते ुए भी, जाां सरकार की राय ाै दक सा करना आिश् यक या समीचीन ाै, िाां िा उसके जलए जग भी कारण ां, उन् ा ेंलेखबद्ध करके और आयगग के साथ परामिम करके, आदिे वारा, इस अजधसूचना के साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट् तंभ 11 में िर्वणत अातम ा ितों कग पूरा करने िाले केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या जिश् िजि्ालय या मान् यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्ट् थाओं य या पजकलक सेक्टर के उपक्म या िैधाजनक या स्ट् िायत्‍ त संगठन के उपयुतिय अजधकाररय से साायक आयुक्त (स्ट् तर-11), उपायुक् त (स्ट् तर-12), और संयुक्त आयुक्त (स्ट् तर-13) के ग्रेड में, सभी में इक् कीस (21) से अजधक पद पर जनयुजतिय नाीं करेगी। (2) प्रजतजनयुजतिय की अिजध, प्रजतजनयुजतिय के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा और अन् य जनयम एिं िततें समय-समय पर कार्वमक और प्रजिषण ण जिभाग, वारा जारी जनदिे के अनुसार ा गी। 5. जनरातम ा.—िा व् यजतिय (क) जजसने, से व् यजतिय से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्‍ नी जीजित ा,ै जििाा दकया ाै: या जििाा की संजिदा की ा;ै या (ख) जजसन,े अपने पजत या अपनी पत्‍ नी के जीजित राते ुए दकसी व् यजतिय से जििाा दकया ाै या जििाा की संजिदा की ाै, उक् त पद पर जनयुजतिय का पात्र नाीं ागगा: परन् तु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का या समाधान ाग जाता ा ै दक सा जििाा से व् केंद्रीय सरकार की राय ा ै दक सा करना आिश् यक या समीचीन ा,ै िाां िा उसके जलए जग कारण ां, उन् ा ें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लगक सेिा आयगग से परामिम करके इन जनयम के दकसी उपबंध कग दकसी िगम या प्रिगम, के व् यजतियय की बाबत, आदिे वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 7. व्य ािजृ ि.—इन जनयम की कगई बात, से आरषण ण , आयु-सीमा म ेंछूट और अन् य ररयायत पर प्रभाि नाीं डालेगी, जजनका सरकार वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदिे के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतय , अनुसूजचत जनजाजतय , अन् य जपछले िगों, भूतपूिम सैजनक और अन् य जििेि प्रिगम के व् यजतियय के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजषण त ा।ैभाग II खण् ड (i) भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 अनसु चू (44,900-1,42,400 रु.) का पद धारण करने िाले साायक जनदिे क, जग पिुजचदकत्‍सा जिञेयान में नातातक की जडग्री और भारतीय पिुजचदकत्‍ सा पररिद अथिा राज्य पिुजचदकत्‍ सा पररिद में रजजस्ट्रीकरण की अजनिायम अातम ा रखते ा,ै कग भी, ग्रेड में आठ ििम की सेिा पूरी करने पर, साायक आयुतिय के पद पर प्रगन् नजत के जलए, जिचार दकया जाएगा। प्रजतजनयजु तिय (अल्प ािजध सजं िदा सजात): केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य षण
