के मामले म(cid:25) िज(cid:19)ह;ने पदो(cid:19) नित के िलए अपनी अह(cid:15)क/पा(cid:30)ता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, उनके व!रg काfमक; सिहत उनपर भी िवचार Aकया जाएगा, बशतh Aक उनक(cid:11) दो वष(cid:15) क(cid:11) ऐसी अहक(cid:15) /पा(cid:30)ता सेवा अवेतनिLत अहक(cid:15) /पा(cid:30)ता सेवा के आधे से कम नहR ह,$ जो भी कम है तथा उ(cid:19)ह ;ने अपने किनeठ काfमक; के साथ-साथ िज(cid:19) ह;ने ऐसी अहक(cid:15) /पा(cid:30)ता सेवा अगले उj Vेड म(cid:25) पदोkित के िलए अपनी प!रवीLा अविध को सफलतापूव(cid:15)क पूरा कर िलया ह”ै 6666ििििततततििििननननययययििुुििुु’’’’:::: क(cid:25)(cid:26) सरकार के अधीन वे अिधकारी: (क) (i) िनयिमत आधार पर सदशृ पद पर हो, या (ii) वेतन मै!"# स के (cid:6)तर-2(19900-63200 (पय)े म(cid:25) कम से कम आठ वष(cid:15) िनयिमत (प से सेवा क(cid:11) हो। (iii) कॉलम (7) के तहत सीधी भतT के िलए¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 5 िनधा(cid:15)!रत शैिLक अहत(cid:15) ाएं रखता हो; तथा (ख) Aकसी सरकारी िवभाग या उपJम म(cid:25) भंडार या लेखा को संभालने का तीन वष(cid:15) का अनुभव। ननननोोोोटटटट 1111:::: क(cid:25)(cid:26)ीय सरकार के इसी या Aकसी अ(cid:19) य संगठन या िवभाग म(cid:25) इस िनयुि#त से त5क ाल पहले Aकसी अ(cid:19)य संवग(cid:15) बाm पद पर (cid:1)ितिनयुिU क(cid:11) अविध सिहत (cid:1)ितिनयुिU क(cid:11) अविध सामा(cid:19)यतया तीन वष(cid:15) से अिधक नहR होगी। आवेदन (cid:1)ाि- क(cid:11) अंितम तारीख को (cid:1)ितिनयिुU के िलए अिधकतम आयु-सीमा 56 वष(cid:15) ह।ै ननननोोोोटटटट 2222:::: फ(cid:11)डर 3ेणी म(cid:25) िवभागीय अिधकारी जो पदोkित के Jम म(cid:25) ह,$ वे (cid:1)ितिनयुिU पर िनयुिU के िलए िवचार के पा(cid:30) नहR ह;गे। इसी तरह (cid:1)ितिनयुिU पर तैनात अिधकारी पदो(cid:19)न ित के आधार पर िनयुिU के पा(cid:30) नहR ह;गे। ननननोोोोटटटट 3333:::: (cid:1)ितिनयुिU आधार पर िनयुिU के (cid:1)योजन के िलए 1 जनवरी, 2016 या वह Aदनांक िजससे Aक 7व(cid:25) वेतन आयोग क(cid:11) िसफा!रश; Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Non-Statutory Departmental Canteen in Department of Biotechnology Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial) posts Recruitment Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, their classification and Level in pay matrix.–The number of posts, their classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Initial Constitution.–The incumbents of the posts of Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper, Halwai-cum-Cook, Canteen Attendant and Clerk in the said schedule who were declared as Government Servants, shall be deemed to have been appointed under these rules and services rendered by them on regular basis shall be taken into account for the purpose of promotion to the higher post. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in the aforesaid schedule. 5. Disqualifications– No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such a marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Filling up of Short Term vacancies .–Vacancy caused by the incumbent being away on deputation or long leave or study leave or under other circumstances for a duration of one year or more may be filled on deputation from the officials of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis and possessing the qualifications prescribed for direct recruits as per the scheduled annexed. 7. Power to Relax .– Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 8.
