जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अथाडत:्- 1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1)इन जनयमों का संजक्षप् त नाम जित् त मंत्रालय, राजस्ट् ि जिभाग, केन् द्रीय प्रत्य क्ष कर बोडड, प्रिासजनक अजधकारी समूह ‘क’ और समूह ‘ख’ राजपजत्रत पद) भती जनयम, 2020 ह।ै (2) ये राजपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होंगे। 2. पद-सख्ं य ा, िगीकरण और िते न मट्रै रक्स म ें स्ट्त र.— उक्त पदों की संख् या, उनका िगीकरण और उनका II—SEC. 3(i)] 3. भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अहतड ाएं आदद.—उि पद पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा और उससे संबजन्धत अन्य बात ें िे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से (13) में जिजनर्दद्ट ह।ैं 4. जनरहतड ा.—िह व्यजि- (क) जजसने ऐस े व्यजि स े जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजित ह,ैं जििाह दकया ह,ै या जििाह की संजिदा की ह ै या (ख) जजसने अपन ेपजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जििाह दकया है, या जििाह की संजिदा की ह,ै उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा: परंतु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह उस व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितडन से छूट दे सकेगी । 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि.—जहां केंद्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन है, िहााँ िह उसके जलए जो कारण ह,ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा सघं लोक सिे ा आयोग स ेपरामि ड करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िगड या प्रिग डके व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यािजृ ि.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालगे ी, जजनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, द्रीय प्रत् यक्ष कर बोडड द्वारा जिजनर्ददष्‍ट ट दो से चार सप्त ाह का प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिडक पूरा दकया हो। ट्रटप्प ण: जहां ऐसे कजनष्‍ट ठ ्‍ यजियों के संबंध में, जजन् होंने अपनी अहकड या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन् नजत के जलए जिचार दकया जा रहा हो, िहां उनके ज्य ेष्‍ट ठ ्‍ यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहडक या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजक्षत अहकड या पात्रता सेिा के आधे से अजधक से या दो िषड से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन् होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्‍ट ठ ्‍ यजियों सजहत, जजन् होंने ऐसी अहकड या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच् चतर जिजनर्ददष्‍ट ट दो से चार सप्त ाह का प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिडक पूरा दकया हो। ट्रटप्प ण: जहां ऐसे कजनष्‍ट ठ ्‍ यजियों के संबंध में, जजन् होंने अपनी अहकड या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन् नजत के जलए जिचार Officer and Administrative Officer Grade-II, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes theभाग II खण् ड (i) भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5 following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Principal Administrative Officer and Administrative Officer Grade-II in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Administrative Officer (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’, Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.— The number of the posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.— No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts : Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and any other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
