(cid:7390)ाविृ त:- इन िनयम(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) कोई बात, ऐसे आर(cid:6979)ण, आय-ु सीमा म(cid:7286) छूट और अ(cid:7008)य (cid:7407)रयायत(cid:7298) पर (cid:7079)भाव नह(cid:7277) डालेगी, िजनका के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7367)ारा इस संबंध म(cid:7286) समय-समय पर िनकाले गए आदशे (cid:7298) के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जाितय(cid:7298), अनुसिू चत जनजाितय(cid:7298), अ(cid:7008)य िपछड़ा वग(cid:7300), भूतपूव(cid:6981) सैिनक(cid:7298) और अ(cid:7008)य िवशेष (cid:7079)वग(cid:6981) के (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के िलए उपबंध करना अपेि(cid:6979)त ह।ै अनसु चू ी पद का नाम पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या वग(cid:7278)करण वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989) स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर (1) (2) (3) (4) हलवाई–सह-रसोईया *01(2017) साधारण के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय सेवा (समूह (cid:7021)तर-3 (21700-69100 (cid:7271)पये) *काय(cid:6981)भार के आधार पर ‘ग’) अराजपि(cid:7074)त, प(cid:7407)रवत(cid:6981)न (cid:7408)कया जा सकता ह।ै अननुसिचवीय चयन अथवा अचयन पद सीधे भत(cid:7278) (cid:7408)कए जाने वाले (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के िलए सीधे भत(cid:7278) (cid:7408)कए जाने वाले (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के िलए िविहत और आयु सीमा शैि(cid:6979)क एवं अ(cid:7008) य अहत(cid:6981) ाएं (5) (6) (7) लागू नह(cid:7277) होता । (क) (cid:7408)कसी मा(cid:7008) यता (cid:7079)ा(cid:7009) त बोड(cid:6981) अथवा सं(cid:7021) थान से 10व(cid:7277) 18 से 25 वष(cid:6981) के बीच। क(cid:6979)ा उ(cid:7004) तीण(cid:6981) सिहत (cid:7408)कसी मा(cid:7008)य ता (cid:7079)ा(cid:7009)त सं(cid:7021)थ ान स े (क(cid:7286)(cid:7076)ीय सरकार (cid:7367)ारा जारी (cid:7408)कए गए आदशे (cid:7298) के खानपान म(cid:7286) िड(cid:7009) लोमा अथवा (cid:7079)माण प(cid:7074) । अनुसार सरकारी सेवक(cid:7298) के िलए चालीस वष(cid:6981) (ख) (cid:7408)कसी सरकारी िवभाग म(cid:7286) अथवा उप(cid:7059)म म(cid:7286) खानपान क(cid:7409) आयु तक िशिथल क(cid:7409) जा सकती ह।ै ) सेवा म(cid:7286) दो वष(cid:6981) का अनुभव। (cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण:- आयु सीमा अवधा(cid:7407)रत करने के िलए (ग) अ(cid:7012)यथ(cid:7278) क(cid:7409) यो(cid:6991)यता िनधा(cid:6981)(cid:7407)रत करने के िलए खाना िनणा(cid:6981)यक तारीख भारत म(cid:7286) अ(cid:7012)य(cid:7414)थय(cid:7298) स े पकाने का (cid:7069)ेड कौशल परी(cid:6979)ण आयोिजत (cid:7408)कया जाएगा । आवेदन (cid:7079)ा(cid:7009) त करने के िलए िनयत क(cid:7409) गई (cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण:- अनुभव संबंधी अहत(cid:6981) ा (अहत(cid:6981) ाएं) उन कारण(cid:7298) के अि(cid:7008)तम तारीख होगी (न (cid:7408)क वह अि(cid:7008)तम िलए जो लेखब(cid:7373) (cid:7408)कए जाए स(cid:6979)म (cid:7079)ािधकारी के तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अ(cid:7272)णाचल (cid:7079)दशे , िववेकानुसार अनुसूिचत जाितय(cid:7298) और अनुसूिचत िमजोरम, मिणपुर, नागाल(cid:7289)ड, ि(cid:7074)पुरा, िस(cid:7408)(cid:7333)म, जनजाितय(cid:7298) के अ(cid:7012)य(cid:7414)थय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) दशा म(cid:7286) तब िशिथल क(cid:7409) ज(cid:7013) मू-क(cid:7019) मीर रा(cid:6996)य के ल(cid:7374)ाख खंड, िहमाचल जा सकती ह ै जब चयन के (cid:7408)कसी (cid:7079)(cid:7059)म पर स(cid:6979)म (cid:7079)दशे के लाहोल और (cid:7021)पीित िजल,े तथा च(cid:7013)ब ा (cid:7079)ािधकारी क(cid:7409) यह राय ह ै (cid:7408)क उनके िलए आरि(cid:6979)त िजले के पांगी उपख(cid:7003) ड, अ(cid:7003) डमान और (cid:7407)रि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) को भरने के िलए अपेि(cid:6979)त अनुभव रखने वाले िनकोबार (cid:7367)ीप या ल(cid:6979)(cid:7367)ीप के अ(cid:7012)य(cid:7414)थय(cid:7298) के उन समुदाय(cid:7298) के अ(cid:7012)य(cid:7414)थय(cid:7298) के पया(cid:6981)(cid:7385) सं(cid:6990)या म(cid:7286) उपल(cid:7011)ध िलए िविहत क(cid:7409) गई है।) होने क(cid:7409) संभावना नह(cid:7277) ह।ै (cid:6989) या सीधे भत(cid:7278) (cid:7408)कए जाने वाले (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) के प(cid:7407)रवी(cid:6979)ा क(cid:7409) अविध, य(cid:7408)द कोई हो भत(cid:7278) क(cid:7409) प(cid:7373)ित, भत(cid:7278) सीधे होगी या (cid:7079)ो(cid:7008)न ित िलए िविहत आयु सीमा और शैि(cid:6979)क (cid:7367)ारा या (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334) या आमेलन (cid:7367)ारा तथा अहत(cid:6981) ाएं (cid:7079)ो(cid:7008) नत (cid:7390)ि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) दशा म(cid:7286) लागू िविभन प(cid:7373)ितय(cid:7298) (cid:7367)ारा भरे जाने वाले पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) ह(cid:7298)गी या नह(cid:7277) (cid:7079)ितशतता (8) (9) (10) जी नह(cid:7277)। दो वष(cid:6981)। (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334) (cid:7367)ारा िजसके न हो सकने पर सीधे भत(cid:7278) (cid:7367)ारा।¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 (cid:7079)ो(cid:7382)ित अथवा (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334) अथवा आमेलन (cid:7367)ारा भत(cid:7278) क(cid:7409) दशा म(cid:7286) वे (cid:7088)ेिणया ँ य(cid:7408)द िवभागीय (cid:7079)ो(cid:7008) नित सिमित ह,ै तो उसक(cid:7409) िजनसे (cid:7079)ो(cid:7382)ित अथवा (cid:7079)ितिनयिु (cid:7334) अथवा आमेलन (cid:7408)कया जाएगा। संरचना (cid:6989) या है? सं(cid:7021) थान, कानपुर काडर बा(cid:7405) पद पर (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334) क(cid:7409) अविध है, साधारणतया तीन वष(cid:6981) से अिधक - सद(cid:7021) य नह(cid:7277) होगी। (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334) पर िनयुि(cid:7334) के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन (cid:7079)ा(cid:7385) करने क(cid:7409) अंितम तारीख को 56 वष(cid:6981) से अिधक नह(cid:7277) होगी । (cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण 2:- (cid:7079)ितिनयुि(cid:7334)/आमेलन आधार िनयिु (cid:6989) त के (cid:7079)योजन के िलए, (cid:7408)कसी अिधकारी (cid:7367)ारा 01 जनवरी, 2016 से, या उस तारीख स,े िजसको सातव(cid:7286) वेतन आयोग क(cid:7409) िसफा(cid:7407)रश(cid:7298) पर आधा(cid:7407)रत पुनरीि(cid:6979)त वेतन संरचना का िव(cid:7021) तार (cid:7408)कया गया है, पूव(cid:6981) िनयिमत आधार पर क(cid:7409) गई सेवा को उ(cid:7334) आयोग क(cid:7409) िसफा(cid:7407)रश(cid:7298) के आधार पर िव(cid:7021) ता(cid:7407)रत त(cid:7004) (cid:7021) थानी वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर म(cid:7286) क(cid:7409) गई सेवा समझा जाएगा, िसवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अिधक पूव(cid:6981)-पुनरीि(cid:6979)त वेतनमान(cid:7298) का सामा(cid:7008)य वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर के साथ एक (cid:7088)ेणी म(cid:7286) िवलय हो गया ह,ै और जहां यह लाभ केवल उस पद (उन पद(cid:7298)) के िलए िव(cid:7021) ता(cid:7407)रत होगा, िजसके (िजनके) िलए वह वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर िबना (cid:7408)कसी उ(cid:7008) नयन के साधारण (cid:7079)ित(cid:7021) थापन (cid:7061)ेड ह।ै भत(cid:7278) करने म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)कन प(cid:7407)रि(cid:7021)थितय(cid:7298) म(cid:7286) संघ लोक सेवा आयोग िहमाचल (cid:7079)दशे के लाहोल और (cid:7021)पीित (cid:7079)ित घंटा के बराबर है।) िजले, तथा च(cid:7013) बा िजले के पांगी उपख(cid:7003) ड, अंदमान और (cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पण 1:- अहत(cid:6981) ाएं, उन Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Food and Consumer Affairs, Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Halwai (Canteen) Recruitment Rules, 1999 and the Ministry of Food and Consumer Affairs, Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Clerk [Kitchen, Coupon, Accounts Office and General Duties, (Canteen)] Recruitment Rules, 1999, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Halwai-cum-Cook and Clerk, in the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, National Sugar Institute, (Halwai-cum-Cook and Clerk) Recruitment Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, their classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix.– The number of posts, its classification, and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, and other educational qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6.
