कB पCित का िविनयमन करने के िलए िन(cid:13)न िलिखत िनयम बनाते ह Dअथा5त:- 1. संि(cid:19)(cid:20) त नाम और (cid:25)ारंभ.—(1) इन िनयम* का संि1Kत नाम रा(cid:20) (cid:21)ीय परी1ण शाला, कोलकाता और इसके %ादिेशक काया5लय* म7 व9ै ािनक सहायक भत; िनयम, 2015 ह ै। (2) ये राजप4 म7 %काशन कB तारीख को %व&ृ ह*गे । 2. पद(cid:30) क(cid:31) सं य ा, वग%करण और वेतनमान.—उ>त पद* कB संNय ा, उनका वग;करण और उससे संलOन वते नमान वह होगा जो िनयम* से उपाबC अनसु चू ी के Rत ंभ (2) से R तंभ (4) म7 िविनिद(cid:20)5ट ह D। 3. भत% क(cid:31) प)ित, आयु सीमा, शैि(cid:19)क अह0ताए,ं आिद.—उ>त पद पर भत;
