पद) भत(cid:7278) (संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 ह ै।
(2) ये राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपने (cid:7079)काशन की तारीख को (cid:7079)वृत् त ह(cid:7298)गे ।
2. केन्(cid:7076)ीय उत्पाद शल्ु क एवं सीमाशुल्क आयु(cid:7334)ालय, आशुिलिपक (cid:7061)डे - I (समूह ‘ख’ अराजपि(cid:7074)त पद) भत(cid:7278) िनयम, 2015 म(cid:7286) –
(क) िनयम 3 के स्थान पर िन(cid:7388)िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथार्त:-
“3. पद(cid:7298) की संख्या, वग(cid:7278)करण और वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स म(cid:7286) स्तर:- उ(cid:7334) पद(cid:7298) की संख्या, उनका वग(cid:7278)करण और उनसे संल(cid:7336) वेतन मैि(cid:7069)क्स
म(cid:7286) स्तर को इन िनयम(cid:7298) से उपाब(cid:7373) अनुसूची के स्तभं (2) से (4) म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) िकया जाएगा ।”;
(ख) अनुसचू ी म,(cid:7286)
(i) स्तंभ (4) म(cid:7286),-
(अ) शीषर्क के स्थान पर िन(cid:7388)िलिखत स्तम्भ शीषर्क रखा जाएगा, अथार्त:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd March, 2017
G.S.R. 272(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Excise and Customs Commissionerates, Stenographer
Grade –I (Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Excise and Customs Commissionerates, Stenographer Grade – I (Group
‘B’ Non-Gazetted Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Excise and Customs Commissionerates, Stenographer Grade–I (Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted posts)
Recruitment Rules, 2015,-
(a) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix. – The number of said post, its classification and level
in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.”;
(b) in the Schedule,-
(i) in column (4),-
(A) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the pay matrix”;
(B) for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level – 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400)”;
(ii) in column (11),
(A) under the heading “Promotion”, for the words and figures “Pay Band - I of Rs. 5200-20200 with
Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-”, the words and figures “Level – 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-
81,100)” shall be substituted;
(B) under the heading “Deputation”, for the words and figures “pay band-1 Rs.5200-20200 with
Grade pay Rs. 2400/-”, the words and figures “Level – 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100)”
shall be substituted.
