उि पद पर भती की पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, अहता ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें िे होंगी जो उि अनुसूजचत के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जिजनर्ददष्ट ह।ैं 4999 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 5. जनरहता ा – िह व्यजि- (क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि स े जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजित ह,ैं जििाह दकया है; या जििाह की संजिदा की ह ै या (ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जििाह दकया ह,ै या जििाह की संजिदा की ह ै उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगााः परन्त ु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह उस व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पिकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितान से छूट दे सकेगी। 6. जिजथल करन े की िजि – जहां केंद्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आि‍यक या समीचीन ह,ै िहां िह उसके जलए जो कारण ह,ैं उन्ह ेंलेखबद्ध करके, तथा सघं लोक सिे ा आयोग स े परामि ा करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िगा या प्रिगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी। 7.व्यािजृ त्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालगे ी, जजनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे िगों, भूतपूिा सैजनकों और अन्य जििषे प्रिग ाके व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पद का नाम पदों की सख्ं या िगीकरण िते न चयन पद ह ै सीध ेभती दकए सीध ेभती दकए मरै रक्स म ें अथिा जान ेिाल ेव्यजियों जान ेिाल े स्ट्तर अचयन के जलए आय-ु सीमा। व्यजियों के पद। जलए अपजे ित िजै िक और अन्य अहताएा ं। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 1. कैन्टीन 07* साधारण िेतन लाग ू नहीं 18 से 25 िषा के मैररकुलेिन या पररचारक केंद्रीय सेिा, मैररक्स में होता बीच समकि (2019) समूह 'ग' स्ट्तर – (केंद्रीय सरकार *कायाभार के अननुसजचिीय (18000- द्वारा समय समय आधार पर 56900) पर जारी दकए गए पररितान अनुदेिों या आदेिों दकया जा के अनुसार सरकारी सकता ह।ै सेिकों के जलए 40 िष ा तक जिजथल की जा सकती ह।ै ) रटप्पणीाः- रोजगार कायाालय के माध्यम से आने िाल े अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा में आयुसीमा अिधाररत करन े के जलए जनणाायक तारीख िह अंजतम[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 तारीख होगी जजस तक रोजगार कायाालय से नाम भेजने के जलए कहा गया ह।ै पदों के रोजगार समाचार पत्र या समाचार पत्र म ें जिज्ञाजपत होने की दिा में आयु सीमा अिधाररत करन े के जलए जनणाायक तारीख िह होगी जजस ददन आिेदन पत्र मांगे गए थे। सीध ेभती दकए जान ेिाल ेव्यजियों पररिीिा की अिजध, यदद भती की पद्धजत: भती सीध ेहोगी या प्रोन्नजत द्वारा के जलए जिजहत आय ुऔर िजै िक कोई हो। या प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमले न द्वारा तथा पद्धजतयों अहताएा ं प्रोन्नत व्यजियों की दिा म ें द्वारा भरी जान ेिाली ररजियों की प्रजतितता। लाग ूहोंगी (8) (9) (10) लाग ूनहीं होता दो िषा। सीधे भती के द्वारा। प्रोन्नजत/प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमले न द्वारा भती की दिा म ेंि ेश्रजे णया ंजजनस ेप्रोन्नजत/प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमले न दकया जाएगा। (11) लाग ूनहीं होता। यदद जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी सरं चना। भती करन ेम ेंदकन पररजस्ट्थजतयों म ेंसघं लोक सेिा आयोग स ेपरामि ादकया जाएगा। (12) (13) समूह 'ग' जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (पुजष्ट/प्रोन्नजत के संबंध में जिचार करने संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिा करना आि‍यक नहीं ह।ै के जलए) जजसमें जनम्नजलजखत होंगेाः- 1. जनदेिक या उप-सजचि - अध्यि 2. अिर सजचि - सदस्ट्य 3. अिर सजचि या अनुभाग अजधकारी (अन्य मंत्रालय से) - सदस्ट्य 4. अिर सजचि या अनुभाग अजधकारी (अनुसूजचत जाजत या अनुसूजचत जनजाजत) - सदस्ट्य4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 2. सहायक 01* साधारण िेतन मैररक्स अचयन। 18 स े 25 िष ा के (क) मान्यता हलिाई-सह- केंद्रीय सेिा, में स्ट्तर –2 बीच प्राप्त बोड ा या संस्ट्थान (2019) रसोइया समूह 'ग' (19900- से खान पान म ें *कायाभार के अननुसजचिीय 63200) (केंद्रीय सरकार प्रमाण-पत्र या आधार पर द्वारा समय समय जडप्लोमा के साथ पररितान पर जारी दकए गए 10िीं किा उत्तीणा दकया जा अनुदेिों या आदिे ों हो। सकता ह।ै के अनुसार सरकारी (ख) एक िष ा का सेिकों के जलए 40 अनुभि िषा तक जिजथल की (ग) स्ट्िच्छता जा सकती ह।ै ) आदद बनाए रखन े सजहत पाक-कला म ें रटप्पणीाः- रोजगार व्यिसाजयक कौिल कायाालय के माध्यम परीिण, जिभागीय से आन े िाल े प्रोन्नजत सजमजत द्वारा अभ्यर्थथयों की दिा संचाजलत अभ्यथी का में आयुसीमा उपयुिता जनधाारण अिधाररत करन े के करने के जलए की जलए जनणाायक जाएगी। तारीख िह अंजतम तारीख होगी जजस रटप्पणीाः- अनुभि तक रोजगार संबंधी अहता ा कायाालय से नाम (अहता ाएं) उन भेजने के जलए कहा कारणों के जलए जो गया ह।ै लेखबद्ध दकए जाए सिम प्राजधकारी के पदों के रोजगार जििेकानुसार समाचार पत्र या अनुसूजचत जाजतयों समाचार पत्र में और अनुसूजचत जिज्ञापन होने की जनजाजतयों के दिा में आयु सीमा अभ्यर्थथयों की ददिा अिधाररत करन े के में तब जिजथल की जा जलए जनणाायक सकती ह ैं जब चयन तारीख िह होगी के दकसी प्रक्रम पर जजस ददन आिेदन सिम प्राजधकारी की पद मांग ेगए थे। यह राय ह ै दक उनके जलए आरजित ररजियों को भरन े के जलए अपेजित अनुभि रखन े िाल े उन समुदायों के अभ्यर्थथयों के पयााप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की संभािना नहीं ह।ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5 (8) (9) (10) लाग ूनहीं होता सीधे भती दकए जाने िाल े प्रोन्नजत द्वारा, जजसके न हो सकने पर प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा और व्यजियों के जलए दो िष,ा तथा दोनों के न हो सकने पर सीधी भती द्वारा। प्रोन्नत दकए जाने िाल े [प्रोन्नजत की भती के ढंग के अधीन भती की प्रजतितता, व्यजियों के जलए िून्य। जजसके न हो सकन े पर प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा और दोनों के न हो सकने पर सीधी भती द्वारा, भती, श्रेणी और पोषक प्रिग ा म ें पदों की संख्या के आधार पर जनधााररत की जाएगी।] (11) प्रोन्नजत : ऐसा कैन्टीन पररचारक जजसने िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-I में कम से कम तीन िषों की जनयजमत सेिा की हो। स्ट्िच्छता आदद बनाए रखन े सजहत पाक-कला से संबंजधत जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत द्वारा संचाजलत व्यािसाजयक कौिल परीिण प्राप्त दकया हो। रटप्पणी : जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने अपनी अहका या पात्रता सेिा परू ी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया जा रहा हो, िहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध म ें भी जिचार दक जाएगा परंत ु यह तब जब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजित अहका या पात्रता सेिा के आधे से अजधक से या दो िषा से, इनम ें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपन े ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जजन्होंने ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही परू ी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी म ेंप्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररिीिा की अिजध सफलतापूिाक परू ी कर ली हो। [प्रोन्नजत की भती के ढंग के अधीन भती की प्रजतितता, जजसके न हो सकने पर प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा और दोनों के न हो सकन े पर सीधी भती द्वारा, भती, श्रणे ी और पोषक प्रिग ाम ेंपदों की संख्या के आधार पर जनधााररत की जाएगी।] रटप्पणी 1. : प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जजसके अतं गता केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग म ें इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहल े धाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध ह ै साधारणतया 3 िषा से अजधक नहीं होगी। प्रजतजनयुजि द्वरा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आय ु सीमा आिेदन प्राप्त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िषा स े अजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्पणी 2. : पोषक प्रिग ा के ऐसे जिभागीय अजधकारी, जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि म ें ह,ै प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुजि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। रटप्पणी 3 – स्ट्तंभ 7 के अधीन सीधी भती के जलए जिजहत दकए गए अनुभि और िैजिक अहता ाएं प्रजतजनयुि दकए जान े िाले व्यजि के पास होना चाजहए। प्रजतजनयजु िाः- केन्द्रीय सरकार के ऐसे अजधकारीाः- (i) जजन्होंने जनयजमत आधार पर सादिृ पद धारण दकया हो; या (ii) जजन्होंने िेतन मैररक्स म ें स्ट्तर-I में तीन िषों की जनयजमत सिे ा और हलिाई-सह-रसोइया के सहायक के रूप म ें एक िषा की सेिा दकया हो। (iii) जो खान-पान में प्रमाण-पत्र या जडप्लोमा रखता हो।6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (12) (13) समूह 'ग' जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (पुजष्ट/प्रोन्नजत के संबंध में जिचार संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिा करना आि‍यक नहीं ह।ै करने के जलए) जजसमें जनम्नजलजखत होंगेाः- 1. जनदेिक या उप-सजचि -
