गई ऐसी अहक(cid:11) या पा(cid:27)ता सेवा अपेिDत अहक(cid:11) या पा(cid:27)ता सेवा के आधे से अिधक से या दो वष(cid:11) से, इनम(cid:21) से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उ@ह8ने अपने ऐसे किन\ TिOय8 सिहत, िज@ह8ने ऐसी अहक(cid:11) या पा(cid:27)ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उ^तर _ेणी म(cid:21) (cid:1)ोUित के िलए अपनी प(cid:15)रवीDा क; िसफा(cid:15)रश8 पर आधा(cid:15)रत पुनरीिDत वेतन संरचना का िवFतार (cid:19)कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर क; गई सेवा को आयोग क; िसफा(cid:15)रश8 पर आधा(cid:15)रत िवFता(cid:15)रत तbFथानी "ेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर क; गई सेवा समझा जाएगा । ////ििििततततििििननननययययििुुििुु :::: क(cid:21)(cid:22)ीय सरकार के ऐसे अिधकारी (क) (i) जो मूल काडर या िवभाग म(cid:21) िनयिमत आधार पर समतुdय पद धारण (cid:19)कए eए ह,(cid:28) या (ii) िज@ह8ने वेतन ब(cid:28)ड-1 5200-20200 . और "ेड वेतन 1900 . म(cid:21) आठ वष(cid:11) क; िनयिमत सेवा क; ह,ै और (iii) िजनके पास Fतंभ (7) के अधीन सीधे भतS (cid:19)कए जाने वाल ेTिOय8 के िलए यथािविहत शैिDक अहत(cid:11) ा ह;ै और (ख) िजनके पास सरकारी िवभाग या उपJम म(cid:21) भडं ार संभालने और लखे ा काय(cid:11) का तीन वष(cid:11) का अनभु व हो। $$$$टटटट&&&&पपपपणणणण 1111: (cid:1)ितिनयिु O क; Short title and commencement. -- (1) These rules may be called the Department of Atomic Energy (Canteen Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application. -- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. -- The number of posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.-- The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 5. Disqualification.-- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Initial Constitution. -- (1) The incumbents of the posts mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule who are declared as Government servants with effect from the 1st day of October, 1991, vide the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Office Memorandum No. 12/5/91-Dir.(C) dated the 29th January, 1992, and who on or before the date of commencement of these rules are holding post on regular basis shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
