1. (1) इन िनयम(cid:7298) का सिं (cid:6979)(cid:7385) नाम के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय राज(cid:7021)व अधीन(cid:7021)थ रसायन सेवा (समहू ‘ग’ पद) भत(cid:7278) (संशोधन) िनयम,
2017 ह ै।
(2) य ेराजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) अपन े(cid:7079)काशन क(cid:7409) तारीख को (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7004)त ह(cid:7298)गे ।
2. के(cid:7008)(cid:7076)ीय राज(cid:7021)व अधीन(cid:7021)थ रसायन सेवा (समूह ‘ग’ पद) भत(cid:7278) िनयम, 2015 म (cid:7286):-
(क) िनयम 3 के (cid:7021)थान पर िन(cid:7388)िलिखत िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथात(cid:6981) :-
“3. पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, वग(cid:7278)करण और वेतन मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म (cid:7286)(cid:7021)तर:- उ(cid:7334) पद(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सं(cid:6990)या, उनका वग(cid:7278)करण और वेतन
मै(cid:7407)(cid:7069)(cid:6989)स म(cid:7286) (cid:7021)तर तथा उससे संबंिधत बात (cid:7286)वे ह(cid:7298)गी जो उ(cid:7334) अनसु चू ी के (cid:7021)तंभ (2) से (4) म(cid:7286) िविन(cid:7416)द(cid:7397) ह(cid:7289) ।“;
(ख) अनसु ूची मेँ :-

New Delhi, the 22nd March, 2017
G.S.R. 277(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group “C”
posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015), namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group “C” posts)
Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Revenues Subordinate Chemical Service (Group “C” posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015),-
(a) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix. – The number of said posts, their classification and level
in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.”;
(b) In the Schedule,-¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3
(i) in column (4), for the column heading, the following column heading shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level in the Pay Matrix”;
(ii) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Laboratory Assistant II,-
(A) in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level – 4 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.25,500-81,100)”;
(B) in column (11), under the heading “Promotion”, for the words and figures “Laboratory Assistant–
III with eight years regular service in the pay band 1 of Rs.5,200-20,200/- with grade pay of Rs.1900/-
“, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“Laboratory Assistant-III with eight years of regular service in Level – 2 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.19,900-
63,200)”;
(iii) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Laboratory Assistant-III, in column (4), for the
entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level–2 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.19,900-63,200)”;
(iv) against serial number 3 relating to the post of Instrument Maker, in column (4), for the entry,
the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Level–3 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.21,700-69,100)”.
