(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Survey of India (Group ‘A’) Service Rules, 1989, for Schedule IV Column10, the following shall be substituted namely:- “Officers in the SAG (Level 14 in Pay Matrix) with 3 years’ regular service in the grade OR Officers with 25 years’ regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the service out of which at least 1 year regular service should be in the SAG.” [F.
