NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2017
G.S.R. 1499(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises,
Department of Public Enterprises, Group A posts Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Department of Public
Enterprises, Group ‘A’ posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Department of Public Enterprises, Group A posts
Recruitment Rules, 2014,-
(a) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
“3. Number of posts, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification
and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said
Schedule”. ;
(b) in the Schedule, -
(i) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Arbitrator,-
(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and
entries shall be substituted, namely :-
