Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation), Second Amendment, Regulations, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule- II, after item (10) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “11.
