Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Third Amendment Regulations, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule-II, after item (2A) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “2B. Direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer (Group ‘B’, Gazetted) in level 8 in the pay matrix Rs.47600-151100 in the Office of the Controller General of Accounts under the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure.” [F.
