Sub-para (b) of Para 2.20 of HBP of FTP 2015-2020 is amended as under: Existing Para 2.20(b) of HBP Revised Para 2.20(b) of HBP (b) Export Authorisation including for SCOMET (b) Export Authorisation, including for SCOMET items may be revalidated, on merits for a period of six items, may be revalidated, on merits for a period of months at a time and maximum upto 12 months by the six months at a time and maximum upto 12 months RA concerned, except for cases in para 2.16(b) of by the DGFT(Hqrs). Effect of this Public Notice Paragraph 2.20(b) of HBP of FTP 2015-2020 has been amended to allow revalidation of the Export Authorization / License for Non-SCOMET and SCOMET items from DGFT (Hqrs).
