और संिोजधत करने के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अर्ाात् :-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम परमाण ु खजनि ररयायत (संिोधन) जनयम, 2020 ह।ै
(2) य ेरािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत् त होंगे ।
2. परमाणु खजनि ररयायत जनयम, 2016 के, जनयम 8 के, उपजनयम (3) म,ें “एक हिार” िब् िों के स्ट् र्ान पर
“पच् चीस हिार” िब् िों को रखा िाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th November, 2020
G.S.R. 693(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 11 B of the Mines and Minerals
(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend
the Atomic Minerals Concession Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Atomic Minerals Concession (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Atomic Minerals Concession Rules, 2016, in rule 8, in sub-rule (3), for the words "one thousand", the
words “twenty five thousands” shall be substituted.
