Dhanbad 828109 Jharkhand is recognized by State Government of Jharkhand and Jharkhand Nurses & Registration Council to conduct ANM and GNM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-36/14330-INC (58350) dated 15/05/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Chief Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, Nepal House, Doranda, Ranchi – 834002, Jharkhand was issued. Copy of the notice dated 15/05/2024 was also enclosed ot K K School of Nursing situated at Deoli, P.O – Jangalpur, P.S- Govindpur, Dhanbad,Distt. Dhanbad 828109 Jharkhand. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of K K School of Nursing Even the institution K K School of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 29/01/2024 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute the institution is unable to run ANM and GNM Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 26/10/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM and GNM from K K School of Nursing situated at Deoli, P.O – Jangalpur, P.S-Govindpur, Dhanbad,Distt.
