L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-24022023-243867 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-24022023-243867 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 127] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार, फरवरी 23, 2023/फाल्ग नु 4, 1944 No. 127] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023/PHALGUNA 4, 1944 भारतीय उपचया ा पररषद ् प्रत्याहार आदेि नई ददल् ली, 22 फरवरी, 2023 फा. स.ं 18-36/14216-आईएनसी:—भारतीय उपचया ा पररषद ्अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का XLVIII) की धारा 14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ्एतद्दवारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती ह:ै- िबदक, आईजडयल एकेडमी ऑफ नर्सगिं एिकु ेिन, भोंडा रोड़, दलदली, राचं ी जिला, राचं ी-834009, झारखडं , झारखंड राज्य सरकार और झारखंड नसेस एंड रजिस्ट्रेिन काउंजसल द्वारा एएनएम पाठ्यक्रम संचाजलत करन े के जलए मान्यता प्राप्त ह।ै वहीं, प्रमुख सजचव, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग, झारखडं सरकार, नपे ाल हाउस, डोरंड, रांची – 834002, झारखंड को भारतीय उपचया ा पररषद ्अजधजनयम, 1947 की धारा 14 के तहत मान्यता वापस लेने के जलए एक नोरिस स.ं 18-36/14216-आईएनसी ददनांक 04/05/2022 िारी दकया गया था। नोरिस ददनांक 04/05/2022 की एक प्रजत आईजडयल एकेडमी ऑफ नर्सगिं एिकु ेिन, भोंडा रोड़, दलदली, राचं ी जिला, राचं ी-834009, झारखडं को भी भेिी गई थी। िारी नोरिस म ें राज्य सरकार स े नर्सिंग संस्ट्थान की उपयुिता के संबंध म ें पररषद ् को अपनी जसफाररिें प्रस्ट्तुत करने का अनरु ोध दकया गया था। िबदक आईजडयल एकेडमी ऑफ नर्सगिं एिकु ेिन के मामल े म ें पररषद ् को राज्य सरकार स े कोई अनुिंसा प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह।ै यहां तक दक संस्ट्थान आईजडयल एकेडमी ऑफ नर्सगिं एिकु ेिन न ेिारी नोरिस का उत्तर भी नहीं ददया ह।ै िबदक,पररषद ् न े इस मामल े पर समग्र जवचार दकया ह।ै ददनांक 15/11/2021 की जनरीक्षण ररपोिा के अवलोकन स े पता चलता ह ैदक संस्ट्थान म ें कई तरह की कजमयां ह,ै जविेष रूप स े नैदाजनक और जिक्षण सुजवधाओं स े संबंजधत कजमयां। 1213 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] अब इस प्रकार, भारतीय उपचयाा पररषद ् अजधजनयम 1947 की धारा 14(3)(बी) के तहत प्रदत्त अजधकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए पररषद यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ददनांक 08/09/2022 स े आग े आईजडयल एकेडमी ऑफ नर्सगिं एिकु ेिन, भोंडा रोड़, दलदली, राचं ी जिला, राचं ी-834009, झारखडं स े एएनएम की योग्यता रखन े वाला हर एक व्यजि, झारखडं राज्य सरकार के आदेि के अधीन केवल झारखडं राज्य म ेंपंिीकृत होने का हकदार होगा। ल.े कनला (डॉ.) सवािीत कौर, सजचव [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./653/2022-23] INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL WITHDRAWAL ORDER New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 F. No. 18-36/14216-INC:—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:— Whereas, Ideal Academy of Nursing Education situated at Bhonda Road, Daldali, Ranchi Distt. Ranchi – 834009, Jharkhand is recognized by State Government of Jharkhand and Jharkhand Nurses & Registration Council to conduct ANM Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-36/14216-INC dated 04/05/2022 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to Chief Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, Nepal House, Doranda, Ranchi – 834002, Jharkhand was issued. Copy of the notice dated 04/05/2022 was also enclosed to Ideal Academy of Nursing Education situated at Bhonda Road, Daldali, Ranchi, Distt. Ranchi – 834009, Jharkhand. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Ideal Academy of Nursing Education. Even the institution Ideal Academy of Nursing Education has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 15/11/2021 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3)(b) declares that with effect from 08/09/2022 any person holding a recognized qualification of ANM from Ideal Academy of Nursing Education situated at Bhonda Road, Daldali, Ranchi Distt.
