Ratlam 457550 Madhya Pradesh is recognized by State Government of Madhya Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh Nurses Registration Council to conduct GNM, B.Sc(N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) Course. Whereas, a notice no. 18-18/15432-INC (52736) dated 26/02/2024 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh Room No. 241, Mantralaya (Vallabh Bhawan) Area Hills, Distt. Bhopal 462004 Madhya Pradesh was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/02/2024 was also enclosed to Aadhar College of Nursing situated at Banswara Road Sailana, Sailam, Distt. Ratlam 457550 Madhya Pradesh. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Aadhar College of Nursing Even the institution Aadhar College of Nursing has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 07/03/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run GNM, B.Sc.(N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of GNM, B.Sc(N), PB.B.Sc(N) and M.Sc(N) from Aadhar College of Nursing situated at Banswara Road Sailana, Sailam, Distt.
