14 के तहत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय ईपचयाा पररषद ्एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत अदिे जारी करती ह:ै -
जबदक, मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग, हनमु थं नगर, गट्टु ेपल्या, जबन्नमगं ला जबन्नमगं ला बगैं लोर नले ामगं ला -
562123, कनाटा क ("कॉलेज") को कनााटक सरकार और कनााटक राज्य नर्ससग पररषद न े जीएनएम पाठ्यक्रम चलान े के
जलए मान्यता प्रदान की थी।
जबदक, मजल्लगे स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग ने मजल्लगे मेजडकल सेंटर का ऄपने मलू ऄस्ट्पताल के रूप में ईल्लेख करके
कनााटक राज्य नर्ससग पररषद और कनााटक राज्य सरकार स ेमान्यता प्राप्त की थी।
जबदक, भारतीय नर्ससग पररषद ("पररषद") द्वारा वैध मलू ऄस्ट्पताल के जववरण के संबंध म ें मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ
नर्ससग द्वारा प्रस्ट्ततु गलत जानकारी और एक नोटरीकृत ईपक्रम के माध्यम स ेगलत जानकारी प्रदान करने, जबना प्राजधकरण
के दस्ट्तावेजों का ऄवैध रूप से ईपयोग करन े और ऄनुजचत लाभ कमाने के जलए तथ्यों को गलत तरीके स े प्रस्ट्ततु करन े के
संबंध में एक जिकायत प्राप्त हुइ थी।
जबदक पररषद न े मजल्लगे स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग स े पत्र ददनांक 02.07.2021 के माध्यम से स्ट्पष्टीकरण मांगा था।
मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग न े ईपरोि पत्र ददनांक 02.07.2021 के जवाब म ें सहायक दस्ट्तावेजोंl के साथ ददनांक
29.07.2021 को एक इमले भेजा। तत्पश्चात, पररषद ् न े मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग को एक ऄजतररि पत्र ददनांक
13.08.2021 जारी दकया जजसमें ईन्ह ें मूल ऄस्ट्पताल, रस्ट्ट के सदस्ट्यों और मजल्लगे मेजडकल सेंटर के अइटीअर के मुद्दे पर
आसके ऄजतररि स्ट्पष्ट करने की अवश्यकता थी। पररषद ने मजल्लग े मेजडकल सेंटर प्राआवेट जलजमटेड को ऄलग से पत्र ददनांक
13.08.2021 भी जारी दकया तथा मजल्लगे स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग का मूल ऄस्ट्पताल होने पर ईनकी रटप्पणी मांगी। मजल्लग े

स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग ने पत्र ददनांक 13.08.2021 के ईत्तर म ें पररषद ् को कुछ ऄन्य सहायक दस्ट्तावेजों के साथ ददनांक
15.08.2021 को एक इमले भेजा। आसके ऄलावा, मजल्लगे मेजडकल सेंटर प्राआवेट जलजमटेड ने पररषद को पत्र ददनांक
13.08.2021 के ईत्तर में ददनाकं 19.08.2021 को एक पत्र भेजा।
जबदक पररषद न े मजल्लगे स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग को कारण बताओ नोरटस/ स्ट्पष्टीकरण ददनांक 27.01.2022 जारी
दकया था। मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग को जवाब देन े के जलए 15 ददन का समय ददया गया था। तथाजप, ईि महाजवद्यालय
ईि कारण बताओ नोरटस का कोइ ईत्तर/रटप्पणी भेजन े में जवफल रहा है।
जबदक, पररषद ने कनााटक राज्य सरकार को ददनांक 06.04.2022 को एक पत्र भेजकर राज्य नर्ससग पररषद स े
मान्यता प्राप्त करन े और कइ वषों से झूठी सूचना के अधार पर पररषद से ईपयिु ता प्राप्त करने, एक नोटरी ईपक्रम के
माध्यम से गलत जानकारी प्रस्ट्तुत करना, जबना प्राजधकरण के दस्ट्तावेजों का ऄवैध रूप स े ईपयोग करने के अरोपों पर
ईनकी रटप्पणी/रटप्पणी मांगी थी और तथ्यों को गलत तरीके से प्रस्ट्तुत करना प्रासंजगक काननू ों के तहत गंभीर ऄपराध ह।ै
ऄतः, भारतीय ईपचया ा पररषद,् ऄजधजनयम की धारा 14 (3)-बी के संदभ ा म,ें जीएनएम पाठ्यक्रम संचाजलत करने
के जलए मजल्लग ेस्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग की मान्यता एतद्द्वारा ििक ै जणक सत्र 2022-2023 से वापस ले ली जाती ह।ै
यह घोजषत दकया जाता ह ै दक 11.05.2022 से, मजल्लग े स्ट्कूल ऑफ नर्ससग स े कोइ भी योग्यता प्राप्त करने वाला
हर एक व्यजि कनाटा क राज्य सरकार के अदेिों के ऄधीन केवल कनाटा क राज्य में पंजीकृत होने का हकदार होगा।

New Delhi, the 14th October, 2022
F. No. 18-729/2000-INC.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of Indian Nursing Council
Act, 1947 (XLVIII of 1947), the Indian Nursing Council hereby issues the following order:—
Whereas, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka State nursing Council had granted recognition to Mallige
School of Nursing, Hanumanthanagar, Guttepalya, Binnamangala Binnamangala Bangalore Nelamangala –
562123, Karnataka (“College”) for running GNM course.
Whereas, the Mallige School of Nursing had obtained recognition from the Karnataka State nursing Council
and the Karnataka state government by mentioning Mallige Medical Centre as its parent Hospital.
Whereas, a complaint was received by Indian Nursing Council (“Council”) with regards to incorrect
information furnished by Mallige School of Nursing with respect to details of valid parent hospital and providing false
information by way of a notarised undertaking, illegally using documents without authorisation and misrepresenting
facts to make undue gains.
WHEREAS, the Council had sought clarification from Mallige school of nursing vide letter dated
02.07.2021. The Mallige School of Nursing sent an email dated 29.07.2021 along with supporting documents in
response to the aforesaid letter dated 02.07.2021. Thereafter, Council issued another letter dated 13.08.2021 to
Mallige School of Nursing requiring them to clarify further on the issue of parent hospital, members of the trust and
ITR of Mallige medical centre. The Council also issued separate letter dated 13.08.2021 to Mallige Medical Centre
Pvt. Ltd. asking for their comments on it being the parent hospital of Mallige School of Nursing. The Mallige School
of Nursing sent an email dated 15.08.2021 to the Council in response to the letter dated 13.08.2021 with some other
supporting documents. Further, Mallige Medical Centre Pvt. sent a letter dated 19.08.2021 in reply to Council letter
dated 13.08.2021.
Whereas, the Council had issued show cause notice/ clarification dated 27.01.2022 to Mallige school of
Nursing. That 15 days were given to the Mallige school of Nursing to respond. However, the said college has failed to
send any reply/ comments to the said show cause notice.
Whereas, the Council had sent a letter dated 06.04.2022 to the State government of Karnataka asking them
for their remarks/ comments to the allegations regarding obtaining recognitions from the state nursing council and
suitability from the Council on the basis of false information for several years, furnishing false information by way of
a notarised undertaking, illegally using documents without authorisation and misrepresenting facts to make undue

Hence, therefore, the recognition of Mallige school of Nursing for conducting GNM course is hereby
withdrawn from the academic session 2022-2023 in terms of Section 14 (3)-b of the Act.
It is declared that from 11.05.2022, any person obtaining any recognized qualification from Mallige school
of Nursing shall be entitled to be registered only in the state of Karnataka subject to orders of the State government
of the Karnataka.
