Whereas, a notice no. 18-11/15647-INC (45582) dated 26/12/2023 for withdrawal of Recognition under section 14 of Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 addressed to the Commissioner (Health), & Ex-Officio Secretary (Public Health & Family Welfare) Block No. 05, 1st Floor Old Sachiwalay, Dr. Jivraj Bhavan, Sector No. 10, Gandhinagar – 382010, Gujarat was issued. Copy of the notice dated 26/12/2023 was also enclosed to Ranchhodbhai Harmanbhai Patel Institute Of Nursing Education And Research Centre situated at Shraddha Hospital Campus, Borsad- Singlav Road, Borsad, Distt.- Anand, Pin Code- 388540, Gujarat. In the notice issued, the State Government was requested to submit their recommendations to the Council as respects Suitability of the nursing institution. Whereas, the Council has not received any recommendation from the State Government as respects the case of Ranchhodbhai Harmanbhai Patel Institute of Nursing Education And Research Centre Even the Institution Ranchhodbhai Harmanbhai Patel Institute of Nursing Education and Research Centre has not responded to the notices issued. Whereas, the Council has considered the matter in its entirety. Perusal of the inspection report dated 07/03/2023 would show that the institution is deficient in many respects especially those relating to deficiencies i.e., clinical and teaching facilities. These are serious deficiencies which constitute that the institution is unable to run B.Sc (N) Course. Now therefore, the Council exercising powers under section 14(3) (b) declares that with effect from 21/05/2024 any person holding a recognized qualification of B.Sc(N) from Ranchhodbhai Harmanbhai Patel Institute Of Nursing Education And Research Centre situated at Shraddha Hospital Campus, Borsad- Singlav Road, Borsad, Distt.- Anand, Pin Code 388540, Gujarat shall be entitled to be registered only in the State of Gujarat.
